2018 Annual Meeting: Saturday, July 28, 8 a.m. at McCutcheon High School
The Tipmont REMC Annual Meeting is an opportunity to gather with members of the co-op community each year – to catch up, hear what you have to say and enjoy some good food and fellowship.
This event is not only a chance to visit with members of our co-op community – it’s also a great opportunity to learn about programs offered by Tipmont and get to know your co-op staff. Our Annual Meeting makes it possible for us to gather feedback from you by providing a forum where you can let us know how we can better serve you and your family.

2018 Director Elections
Districts 2, 5, and 7 are up for election this year.
As an electric cooperative, Tipmont is guided by a board of directors elected by our membership to represent their best interests when making important decisions. Being a member of this board is an incredibly important position in our community. The board’s decisions impact issues such as service rates, rights-of-way and work plans. This position holds significant responsibility and requires individuals who understand their community’s needs and serve the cooperative members’ best interest.
Any Tipmont member in good standing and whose name is on the account is welcome to run for an open position on the board. Each director is elected to a three-year term. Any candidate who applies is required to receive at least 25 signatures of current Tipmont members and submit their election application 85 days prior to the annual meeting.
