Energy Assistance

We do understand that there are circumstances that make it hard to meet monthly bills. We are willing to work with you by making payment arrangements or helping you locate an outside source of help such as local churches, Community Action, Area IV in Lafayette, Lafayette Urban Ministries (LUM), township trustees and the Salvation Army. Please call or stop in to discuss any concerns you have with your payment.
Participants in the Indiana Energy Assistance Program (EAP) are reminded that the moratorium on nonpayment disconnection ends on March 15. Accounts need to be brought up to date by that time to avoid disconnection. Please contact Customer Service well ahead of March 15 if you need to discuss payment possibilities.
