Board Meeting - 09/28/10
The board of directors held its regular meeting at the office of Tipmont REMC in Linden on September 28, 2010, beginning at 9:00am. Eight directors were present along with Attorney Jeff Helmerick and CEO Tim McCarthy.
The Board reviewed the 2010 annual meeting expenses and discussed member reviews and comments from the meeting. Upon a motion by Director Peevler it was resolved that the 2011 Annual Meeting will be held on July 30.
So what's the difference?
I wanted to kick off this month’s article with a safety message. Once again, summer has ended. Kids have been back in school for a little over a month now but it is never too late to remind folks to be alert out there and watch for them as you go about your daily errands and routine. Slow down! Getting to the mall five minutes sooner is not worth endangering anyone’s child!
