Your Online Security is our foremost concern.

Tipmont REMC is pleased to announce the availability of bill payment over the Internet.  Tipmont was the first electric utility in  Indiana to offer online bill payment.  Viewing and paying your bill online has many benefits.  With just a few clicks, you can see your electric or long distance bill right on your computer screen. Even more convenient, you can submit a credit card payment and do away with check writing, stamping the envelope and going to the mailbox.

With Electric E-Bill, you can also view graphs of your electrical usage history, so you can compare how much electricity you are using from year to year.  With our long distance service, you can view all previous invoices, no need to keep storing paper!

You can choose to pay with either a credit card or an e-check on your electric bill.

TWN Long distance e-bill requires an automatic recurring payment via bank draft or credit card. There are no extra fees and there's no quicker way to pay.  Use the menu on the left to view your bill or sign-up. Your account must be properly set-up before you can view or pay your bill online.

  Hints
  • When signing up, choose a password that's not obvious. A combination of letters and numbers is best.
  • If you pay by credit card, be patient and give the system time to verify it. If you click the Submit Payment button again before the system's finished, your credit card may be charged as many times as you click the button.
  • After you pay, either print out the acknowledgement screen or write down the confirmation number.
  • If you pay on line, you will still receive a paper bill for electric service. Since the paper bill is mailed and the electronic bill is uploaded at the same time, your paper bill will show a balance due if you pay before it reaches you in the mail. It is possible to stop receiving a paper bill by selecting the "Make Changes" link from the left menu after logging in to e-bill.  Long distance e-bill customers will not receive a paper bill.
