We’re willing to work with you

Due to illness and the increase of heating costs we realize this is a very difficult time of year for many people. We do understand that there are circumstances that make it hard to meet monthly bills. We are willing to work with you by making payment arrangements or helping you locate an outside source of help. To mention a few remember your local churches, Community Action, Area IV in Lafayette, your trustees and the Salvation Army. We are more than willing to work with you. Please call our office or stop in to discuss any concerns you have with your payment.  

Participants in the Indiana Energy Assistance Program (EAP) are reminded that the moratorium on nonpayment disconnection ends on March 15. Accounts need to be brought up to date by that time to avoid disconnection. Don’t wait until the last minute to take action. Contact Customer Service well ahead of March 15 if you have concerns about your account being in arrears or need to discuss payment possibilities.
